Hasbro Studios launches series in Latin America

L.A.-based Hasbro Studios will launch several of its series throughout Latin America through a deal with Discovery Kids.

Hasbro Studios series The Adventures of Chuck and Friends (pictured, 26 x 22 minutes) and My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic (26 x 22 minutes) will now appear throughout the region in major markets including Mexico, Brazil, Peru, Chile,  Columbia and Uruguay.

Additionally, Cartoon Network Latin America picked up Transformers Prime for a launch later this year.

Discovery Kids Latin America, owned by Discovery Communications and headquartered in Miami,  operates a programming block on the Latin American version of Discovery Channel.
