Following last month’s news of kid-driven social network Imbee launching its own music streaming service, the entertainment website has now acquired tween online destination Fanlala for an undisclosed sum.

The combined platforms attract a total of 220,000 unique monthly visitors, who will now be privy to a one-stop shop for profanity-free original content, celebrity gossip, quizzes, music as well as social communities.

Fanlala co-founder Tim Golden will serve as an Imbee SVP.
