Atomic Cartoons taps development expert Bonita Siegel

Vancouver, Canada-based Atomic Cartoons is adding former Corus Entertainment exec Bonita Siegel to its development team. As a free agent, Siegel will consult on development projects for the animation studio.

Vancouver, Canada-based Atomic Cartoons is adding former Corus Entertainment exec Bonita Siegel to its development team. As a free agent, Siegel will consult on development projects for the animation studio.

Siegel is currently assisting Atomic on multiple proprietary series that include Pirate Express, an Ellipseanime/Atomic co-pro in development at Teletoon, as well as Lionheart, Planet Tiki Island and the preschool series Good Job Lucky.

Siegel, in her role as director of original productions at Corus Television, developed, commissioned and supervised production on more than 1,400 hours of children’s programming for all age groups and genres including animation, live action, comedy, sitcom, reality shows, preschool animation, puppets and documentary.
