New York-based strategy firm Insight Research Group has added two senior managers and four managers to its team of social scientists.

New hires include senior manager Cassandra Rowe and manager Ally Aleman, while Betsy Grimes has been promoted to senior manager and Alisha Alleyne, Jamie Betesh and Karen Stasiak also promoted to the role of manager.

Rowe has a background in both qualitative and quantitative research, with a focus on women and kids.  She most recently worked at Disney Channels Worldwide, where she played a role in helping to create kids’ channels, programs and franchises.  At Insight, Rowe will continue to focus on culture and entertainment and will help clients answer strategic questions while gaining a 360-degree view of how consumers (viewers, readers, shoppers) use media today and how they want to consume media in the ever-evolving marketplace.

Aleman hails from MSL Group, where she was a research supervisor. She is schooled in uncovering what motivates consumer behavior across categories with a particular expertise in qualitative and quantitative research among women and their relationship to beauty, fashion and entertainment.

Business categories in which Insight specializes include kids (through Insight Kids), media, fashion & retail, consumer products and education/social cause.
