BabyFirstTV and Baby Einstein are joining forces to launch a user-generated video contest.

Through the Be a Star! Contest, BabyFirstTV viewers can send in a video of their child and the winning video will be broadcast on the TV channel throughout North America. The winning video is determined by the amount of ‘like’ votes it receives on www.BabyFirstTV.com. The top-ten video owners will also be awarded with the complete set of all nine of the Baby Einstein Discover Kits.

The contest runs until April 28 and is designed to tap into the co-viewing nature of the commercial-free, baby-oriented network, as a reported 75% of BabyFirstTV viewers watch together as a family.

BabyFirstTV is currently available to more than 50 million households in 35 countries.
