Disney Channel picks up vampire tween series

FremantleMedia Enterprises (FME) has forged a distribution deal with Disney Channel for Fresh TV's live-action comedy, My Babysitter's A Vampire.

FremantleMedia Enterprises (FME) has forged a distribution deal with Disney Channel for Fresh TV’s live-action comedy, My Babysitter’s A Vampire.

The supernatural tween series (13 x 30-minutes) and accompanying 90-minute movie will launch to core teen and tween audiences on Disney-owned channels in the US, Latin America, the UK, Australia and New Zealand, Central & Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa, the Netherlands and Nordic territories.

FME holds the global rights (excluding Canada) for home entertainment and brand licensing and is looking for partners across other brand extension platforms. The series was developed by Fresh TV in association with TELETOON Canada.
