BondiBand bound for Brazil

Following Disney XD Latin America’s recent acquisition of Exim Licensing Group, Ledafilms and Mondo TV Spain’s BondiBand, the animated series has been sold to Brazilian broadcaster TV Bandeirantes.
The series will premiere on local free TV in 2012 in the children’s morning slot, with each episode repeating in the afternoons and on weekends. Exim, through its local entity Exim Character Licenciamento e Marketing, is currently negotiating toy licenses with local companies
Aimed at boys and girls ages four to 11, the 52 x 11-minute series follows a group of six rock musician friends who have the power to transform their musical instruments into evil-fighting gadgets. BondiBand has been almost fully produced in Argentina.
