Former 4Kids exec Shin Ueno joins Rubicon

Shin Ueno is joining L.A.-based Rubicon Studios as global marketing and brand management director, where he will lead the development and execution of global marketing strategies for Rubicon's growing roster of proprietary properties.

Shin Ueno is joining L.A.-based Rubicon Studios as global marketing and brand management director, where he will lead the development and execution of global marketing strategies for Rubicon’s growing roster of proprietary properties.

Looking to cultivate new IP and global partnerships, Ueno brings more than 20 years of experience in marketing and licensing to his new role. He has created and spearheaded consumer brand programs that achieved sales in excess of US$1 billion over a seven-year period. Most recently, Ueno served as VP of brand management at 4Kids Entertainment. He began his career in marketing at Bandai America as marketing manager and was later re-hired as VP of marketing.
