Random House Children’s Books UK will be publishing Mortal Kiss, the interactive virtual story co-created with teen-skewing social gaming site Stardoll, as a hard copy book.

The pages of the virtual paranormal mystery series, which have received more than 13.9 million page views, mark the first interactive story Random House has published on a social networking platform as a collaboration between RHCB writers and editors and Stardoll artists and programmers.

Mortal Kiss was serialized globally via the Stardoll website over the eight-week period leading up to Halloween. The physical book will be published on January 6, 2011 by Bantam Books, priced at roughly US$11.
