Angelina Ballerina and Dizzy Feet launch PSA campaign

In an effort to raise children's enthusiasm for dance, HIT Entertainment's Angelina Ballerina Stars of Tomorrow Program (AB Stars) and Dizzy Feet Foundation have launched a Public Service Announcement campaign starring the dancing mouse and Dizzy Feet's founding members.

In an effort to raise children’s enthusiasm for dance, HIT Entertainment’s Angelina Ballerina Stars of Tomorrow Program (AB Stars) and Dizzy Feet Foundation have launched a Public Service Announcement campaign starring the dancing mouse and Dizzy Feet’s founding members.

The two initial 30-second PSAs features the CG-animated Angelina Ballerina alongside Dizzy Feet members Nigel Lythgoe, Adam Shankman and Carrie Ann Inaba.

The PSAs will be featured in an online and social media campaign as well as on kid-targeted websites, including the official Angelina Ballerina website (www.angelinaballerina.com). In 2011, the PSAs will appear on DVDs of popular HIT Entertainment properties.

The AB Stars Program and Dizzy Feet Foundation also partnered to present the first scholarships to young dancers at yesterday’s PSA launch event at the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club in the Bronx, New York. Lythgoe, Angelina Ballerina and representatives from HIT Entertainment were at the event to make scholarship presentations to a 14-year old dancer from New York.
