Ulysses Moore book series to launch in Japan

Italy-based Atlantyca Entertainment has granted Japanese publisher Gakken the Japanese-language translation rights for the Ulysses Moore book series by Pierdomenico Baccalario published in Italy by Edizioni Piemme.

Gakken plans to release the full six-book mystery and adventure series in Japan starting this month, with the first two books rolling out together in mid-October and the other books scheduled for bi-monthly releases.

The series, which follows eleven-year-old twins who move with their family to a remote and mysterious village on the coast of England, is currently published in 18 countries.
