Fox Look adds Hasbro brands to global catalog

Fox Look, the new unit of Fox Networks Group that specializes in international licensing and production of reality programming, has acquired the rights to represent the game show and unscripted entertainment output of Hasbro Studios.

Fox Look, the new unit of Fox Networks Group that specializes in international licensing and production of reality programming, has acquired the rights to represent the game show and unscripted entertainment output of Hasbro Studios.

Under the deal, Fox Look will be responsible for the international distribution of unscripted TV content based on Hasbro brands such as Monopoly, Pictureka!, Twister, Funglish, Catch Phrase, Mousetrap and Trivial Pursuit. The company will also work with Hasbro Studios to identify potential original game and programming opportunities in the international market.

The first two formats to benefit from the new relationship will be Family Game Night and Pictureka!

Finn Arnesen, Hasbro Studios’ SVP of International Distribution and Development, will continue to sell Hasbro’s animation and scripted live-action series. The new relationship will be kick-started at next week’s Mipcom in Cannes, France.
