New Jersey-based SGCompanies, the parent company of US licensee SGFootwear,SG Messer, SGI Apparel Group and Rugged Shark, is welcoming Rosie Iglesias to the newly created position of SVP of sales and new business development.
Iglesias will be responsible for overseeing sales efforts for all divisions and will be developing and implementing sales strategies for new business.
Iglesias joins SGCompanies with more than 20 years experience in sales management and new business development with major apparel and accessories companies. She was recently VP at Metal Dynamics, where was responsible for selling and developing accessories products to the cosmetic industry, luxury apparel niche and special markets. Previously, she held senior management positions at Tandy Brands, Wemco and Randa Corporation.
The manufacturer of children’s and adults’ licensed and private-label footwear and apparel currently has licensing partnerships with brands such as Sesame Street, Garanimals, Ben 10 and Bakugan.
