US kids retailer Toys 'R' Us is stretching its marketing arm with a Christmas in July promotion in stores and online, which will feature holiday season-like daily deals, a Cyber Monday sale online, free shipping and mystery bonus deals.

US kids retailer Toys ‘R’ Us is stretching its marketing arm with a Christmas in July promotion in stores and online, which will feature holiday season-like daily deals, a Cyber Monday sale online, free shipping and mystery bonus deals.

From July 18 through July 24, stores across the US will feature prices usually reserved the for holiday shopping season.

Customers are also be given the opportunity to sign up for the new Toys ‘R’ Us Christmas Savers Club, which allows shoppers to set aside money in advance of the holiday season. Those who sign up for the Christmas Savers Club between now and October 16 will receive a 3% bonus based on the total funds they save. Customers can save up to US$2,500 per card.

In light of the Christmas campaign, the company is also hosting a fund raising effort to support Marine Toys for Tots foundation. Until July 31, customers can make donations in-store on online to benefit the organization that helps children in need. Since 2004, Toys’R’Us has raised more than US$20 million and nearly 2.7 million toys for the organization.
