CNE Asia launches girls’ apparel and accessories Ben 10 spin-off brand

Cartoon Network Enterprises Asia Pacific is launching its new Gwen Collection, an exclusive line of girls apparel and accessories, featuring Gwen Tennyson from the international hit Ben 10.

Cartoon Network Enterprises Asia Pacific is launching its new Gwen Collection, an exclusive line of girls apparel and accessories, featuring Gwen Tennyson from the international hit Ben 10.

The collection is designed for girls ages five to 12, and will make its debut in Australia via national retailer Big W and will continue its Asia Pacific rollout throughout 2010.

The range was developed based on market feedback that indicated the boy-centric Ben 10 brand was also captivating girls who loved the series and could identify with the main character’s 10-year-old female cousin.

The line will include graphic tees, hooded tops, dresses and pajama sets. In addition to the currently available Gwen DVD series and the newly launched apparel line, CNE Asia will continue the rollout of the Gwen Collection with a series of products this year, which will include shoes, bags, hair accessories, publishing titles, home decoration, back-to-school gear, novelty collection and outdoor gear.
