Bazooka Candy sweetens Last Airbender promo

In advance of the July 2nd release of Paramount Pictures' The Last Airbender, based on the Nickelodeon TV series, Bazooka Candy Brands is launching a multi-platform merchandising program for select candy lines starting this month.

In advance of the July 2nd release of Paramount Pictures’ The Last Airbender, based on the Nickelodeon TV series, Bazooka Candy Brands is launching a multi-platform merchandising program for select candy lines starting this month.

The promotion includes multi-brand merchandisers, featuring popular characters from the film including Prince Zuko and Aang. The Last Airbender display units will contain non-chocolate candies Baby Bottle Pop candy, Jumbo Push Pop lollipop and Juicy Drop Pop candy.

Bazooka is supporting the campaign with a promotional website, www.Candymania.com, which will house a game featuring characters from the movie. Retail initiatives will also be supported by television and online advertising on kid-oriented outlets.
