UK-based Ludorum’s train-based preschool series Chuggington will be rolling into the US market a little earlier than planned.
The 52-ep CGI series will launch on Disney Channel’s preschool programming block January 18 at 10: 30 a.m. The channel currently has carriage in 97 million viewing households in the US. Disney Channel has acquired all broadcast rights to the property that has been licensed to 145 territories around the world.
Initially the series was set to launch this spring.
