This fall Baby Genius toys, based on the DVD-centric edutainment brand, are getting prime real estate in the newly designed preschool aisles at Walmarts across the US in a deal brokered by The Joester Loria Group.

Pacific Entertainment Corporation’s musical edutainment brand is hitting the mass market retailer’s shops nationwide this month, targeting preschoolers from ages two to five. The line of 24 learning and development toys (ranging from US$5 to US$25) by master toy licensee Battat includes activity, musical and role-play toys

It’ll be supported by a dedicated national publicity campaign, including a TV media tour hosted by Baby Genius creator, Larry Balaban, who’ll be appearing on network, syndicated and local broadcast and cable programs this fall. The campaign is also targeting mommy blogs and holiday gift guides in top parent and consumer media.
