NVCP and Nooka create limited high-end SpongeBob watches

The specialty merch just keeps on coming for SpongeBob's 10th anniversary, as Nickelodeon & Viacom Consumer Products and fashion brand Nooka have teamed up to develop a line of limited-edition, high-end wristwatches inspired by the great yellow one.

The specialty merch just keeps on coming for SpongeBob’s 10th anniversary, as Nickelodeon & Viacom Consumer Products and fashion brand Nooka have teamed up to develop a line of limited-edition, high-end wristwatches inspired by the great yellow one.

Nooka has created two limited-edition timepieces featuring graphics and colors inspired by SpongeBob, with additional collaborations to be released throughout this year and 2010.

The watch concepts and graphics reflect the geometric themes and bold color palettes of the porous character and Nooka’s design methods. Available in men’s (US$170) and women’s (US$275) models, the collection will be at US retail in July.
