A court ruling on April 27 saw MGA Entertainment enter temporary receivership over Bratz assets, but CEO Issac Larian has stated the toyco will continue to sell and ship Bratz with the oversight of the temporary receiver, Patrick A. Fraioli, Jr.

Larian also noted that the court decision will not have an impact on the production, distribution or sales of any of MGA’s other brands, and the company is preparing a refreshed Bratz line for spring 2010.
