Girl-targeted trading card property Bella Sara will soon gallop its way into Nordic and Eastern European territories, thanks to a deal that ITV Global has closed with Danish licensing agent Kidz Entertainment/EEMC.
The equine IP, which has Danish roots, targets girls seven to 11 with its inspirational messages that encourage a healthy self-image. And through a partnership with Hidden City Games, the extensive website has more than 3.7 users worldwide and has sold more than 50 million cards.
Kidz is developing an aggressive plan to put Bella Sara in the top five brands for girls through licensing, entertainment and a virtual world. A licensing and marketing campaign will start this year and build out through 2010.
