Shoe maker Reebok and toyco Hasbro have entered into a unique co-branding deal that could see kids sporting Monopoly-emblazoned sneakers as they stroll along the real boardwalks of the world.

Coinciding with the release of Hasbro’s Monopoly: Here & Now, the new footwear collection from Reebok features a variety of different styles for toddlers, kids and adults, and will be available at select mall-based retailers around the world next month.

The line includes the Reverse Jam design and has an SRP of US$40 for toddler sizes.

A second wave is slated to launch in November 2008 and will showcase icons from the board game such as Community Chest, the red hotels, the little green houses and Chance.
