Toys ‘R’ US has struck a partnership with Safe Kids Worldwide to further bolster the retailer’s safety outreach.

Through the partnership, the toy retailer and the childhood injury prevention organization will provide parents and caregivers with information on keeping kids out of harm’s way during playtime.

The program is focusing on five key areas: Summer Safety, Baby Safety, Halloween Safety, Holiday Toy Safety and Travel Safety.

The safety campaigns will provide tips on accident prevention, as well as the latest trends and research on childhood injuries during key times of the year. The national network of Safe Kids Worldwide will disseminate the information along with Toys ‘R’ distributing printed materials and displaying in-store signage.

The safety tips will also be available year-round on www.Toysrus.com/Safety.
