The New York International Children’s Film Festival will open the event with Australian mockumentary Razzle Dazzle: A Journey Into Dance on February 29, 2008.

This year, NYICFF has expanded its reach with a national tour, an online competition and a panel discussion entitled My body and Me(dia), a part of the popular Girls POV series.

The festival runs for 17 days at the DGA Theater, Peter Norton Symphony Space, IFC Center and Cantor Film Center, and concludes March 16 with the awards ceremony and Best of the Fest celebration. Tickets and further info are available today at www.gkids.com.
