Fisher-Price unveiled the follow up to last year's smash hit T.M.X. Elmo yesterday in New York. The new T.M.X. Elmo eXtra Special Edition still laughs hysterically while writhing around on the floor, but will treat onlookers with a few silly surprises (think hiccups!), if he is tickled in the correct sequence.

Raggedy Andy has secured a spot in the National Toy Hall of Fame, housed in the Strong National Museum of Play in Rochester, New York. The iconic doll finally joins his sister Raggedy Ann in the coveted hall. The Atari 2600 gaming system and the good ole kite also received nods. Congrats to all!

• Canadian tooncaster Teletoon and Ubisoft are giving fans of video game Petz the opportunity to download an exclusive game from teletoon.com between November 12 and December 9. Kids can also enter a contest via the website to win an Ubisoft Petz 2 Invade Your Space prize pack that includes a bedroom makeover, all new Petz titles and a Nintendo DS.
