As Pocoyo continues to pick up consumer products steam, Granada Ventures has appointed Mel Beer head of licensing and Julie Quirke licensing and brand manager to guide the brand's development.

As Pocoyo continues to pick up consumer products steam, Granada Ventures has appointed Mel Beer head of licensing and Julie Quirke licensing and brand manager to guide the brand’s development.

Beer previously served as UK licensing director at Jetix Consumer Products and is now responsible for maximising the sales potential and brand exposure for Granada’s portfolio across all brands.

Quirke has had 15 years of experience in international sales, marketing, licensing and brand management. She started her career at Channel 4, and most recently worked on properties including Supernanny at brand management outfit Ricochet.
