Toronto, Canada-based Decode Entertainment has found a snug fit for Franny’s Feet, tapping upstart agency Rocket Licensing as the UK rep for the preschool property. And out of the gate, Rocket has signed a deal with Rainbow Productions to manufacturer walk-around costume characters for Europe.

CGI series Franny’s Feet currently airs on Five’s Milkshake block, and Hasbro division Playskool holds the worldwide master toy and game license. A line of Franny dolls, accessories, role play items and games & puzzles is set to launch in 2008.

To date, Decode has forged 80-plus television broadcast and video agreements for Franny’s in more than 150 countries, including PBS (US), ABC (Australia), France 5, Disney Channel (Germany) and Cartoon Network (Japan, Korea and Taiwan).
