Although Spider-Man 3 is in the early lead, don’t count out the third instalment of Pirates of the Caribbean as a possible summer box-office champ.

To help promote the new film, Zizzle and Toysrus.com have combined forces on the 21 Days of Pirate Gold promotion. It’s simple: Starting today and continuing until the movie bows on May 24, Zizzle and Toysrus.com will reward one fan with an 18-carat gold-plated Jack Sparrow figure.

Other special prizes, including a customized POTC3 Gibson guitar, will also be given away. The website will also house a special Pirates branded product page that includes a countdown clock to the premiere.
Participants can enter the contest for free on the homepage.
