The superhero series Fantastic Four will be hitting the airwaves around the world and landing on DVD soon.

UK broadcaster GMTV has acquired the The MoonScoop Productions/Marvel Comics/Cartoon Network Europe for its weekend children’s block Toonattik, which airs on ITV1 and CITV. In addition, the series has been snapped up by broadcasters TV Globo in Brazil and MRTL in Hungary, while Fox Video has taken on home entertainment rights for Europe and Latin America.

Recently launched on France’s M6, Taffy has secured broadcast deals for the series with YTV and Vrak TV in Canada, Cartoon Network Germany, TV Catalunya and ETB in Spain, TVN Chile, Club RTL in Belgium, and MBC in the Middle East.

The DVD release will coincide with the June 15th theatrical debut of the live-action film Fantastic Four: The Rise of Silver Surfer.
