Jetix UK puts superheroes to work in promo

Jetix UK has unveiled a nationwide 'TV for Heroes' marketing campaign that banks on the star power of animated characters from Spider-Man, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Power Rangers and new series Yin Yang Yo!.

Jetix UK has unveiled a nationwide ‘TV for Heroes’ marketing campaign that banks on the star power of animated characters from Spider-Man, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Power Rangers and new series Yin Yang Yo!.
The campaign is slated to make an impression beginning March 26 via more than 1,600 posters and billboards in shopping malls and at roadsides across the UK. The posters feature four themes, one for each property, and are aimed at kid viewers and their parents. Complementary 30-second spots will also appear on rival UK kidnets NickToons, Boomerang, Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon, Nick Jr., Toonami, CiTV and GMTV2.
Jetix is also sponsoring The Scout Association’s youngest members, the Beaver Scouts, and will present the Beaver Scout Imagination Badge to qualified members of the 120,000-strong organization.
