Acclaim Entertainment (Glen Cove, New York, 516-656-5000): Mark Bilger joins the gameco as executive VP of worldwide product development. Bilger will oversee in-house production at Acclaim’s six studios, as well as out-of-house production.

The Beanstalk Group (New York, New York, 212-421-6060): Sara Stern Levin comes on-board the licensing and merchandising agency as director of licensing. She will represent clients that include Seventeen magazine. Levin most recently worked as manager of marketing communications at New Line Cinema.

Cartoon Network (Atlanta, Georgia, 404-885-2263): Timothy Hall, Hasbro’s VP of boys’ toys marketing and product development jumped ship to join as executive VP of Cartoon Network. Hall will be responsible for building brand awareness worldwide. Daniel Lennard also joins the net as development executive.

Disney Interactive (Burbank, California, 818-553-5000): Thierry Braille has been named VP and managing director of Disney Interactive Europe. (Columbia, Maryland, 410-740-1145): Jeanette Smith joins the on-line licensing company as VP of business development. Smith was most recently VP of licensing at United Media.

Film Roman (Hollywood, California, 818-761-2544): Sidney Clifton has been promoted to director of television development from manager of the same division.

Fox Family Worldwide (Los Angeles, California, 310-235-5100): Amy Goldberg has been promoted to senior VP of Fox Family Television Studios and Saban Entertainment. She will oversee the development and production of Fox Family Channel original movies, Saban international movies, direct-to-video movies and international co-productions. Goldberg was most recently VP of motion pictures and television.

Fox Kids Europe (London, England, 44-171-554-9000): Clémence de Bodinat will head up Fox Kids France as managing director. She was most recently managing director of Teva, the women’s channel at France’s M6 television group.

Griffin Bacal (New York, New York, 212-415-2900): Jill Bazos heads up Kid Think, Inc. as managing director. Bazos joins the kid marketing consulting arm from her job as a group account director at Griffin Bacal.

Hasbro Properties Group (Pawtucket, Rhode Island, 401-431-8697): Joanna Reesby has been upped to senior VP of business affairs and entertainment from VP of international licensing.

HIT Consumer Products (London, England, 44-171-224-1717): Katie Foster takes the reins as head of consumer products in the U.K. from her previous post as manager. HIT Entertainment has also promoted Stephen Foligno to head up its on-line division as director of Internet activities. Foligno was head of HIT’s technical division for two years.

Igel Media (Hamburg, Germany, 49-40-3068-960): Ed Galton has been named head of distribution at the indie distributor of family programming. Galton joins the company from France’s Gaumont, where he was VP and head of television and video sales.

The Jim Henson Company (New York, New York, 212-794-2400): Judy Guarino has been upped to senior VP of international licensing and will manage all Jim Henson brands worldwide. She was most recently VP of international licensing. Jane Leventhal has also been promoted to senior VP of publishing from her previous post as VP of the same division. Debra Rothenbiller is also rising in the Henson ranks as product manager in the licensing division from her most recent job as senior account manager. Finally, Karina Gee has been upped to senior account manager in the consumer products division from her previous post as account manager.

MaMaMedia (New York, New York, 212-334-3277): Ted Green has jumped ship from Sony Wonder, where he was president, to take up residence at MaMaMedia as president and COO. Green will focus on the Internet media company’s growth strategy.

Moon Crescent Studios (Manhattan Beach, California, 310-727-2800): Rand Brenner has been named VP of consumer products and promotions at the digital and live-action studio. Brenner was most recently VP of licensing and merchandising for Saban Entertainment.

Motion International (Montreal, Canada, 514-284-2525) Louis Fournier has left Cinar as VP of sales and co-productions to join Motion as president of the youth animation unit. André Bélanger moves into the executive VP of development and productions position at the unit.

MTV Networks (New York, New York, 212-258-8000): Brian Graden has been upped to president of programming from executive VP of programming, a position he held since joining the net in 1997.

Nickelodeon Latin America (Miami, Florida, 305-535-3700): Helena Perli heads up the new Nick office in Sao Paulo, Brazil as director of affiliate sales and country manager. Perli was most recently head of programming for Brazilian TV company Bandeirantes.

Pearson Television (London, England, 44-171-691-6000): Gregory Calvosa has been promoted to director of worldwide marketing from manager of marketing and visual communications at the prodco.

Product Development Q (Voorhees, New Jersey, 856-751-2800): Jonathan Jaffe has been named executive VP and will be responsible for helping PDQ clients through the new product development process. Jaffe joins PDQ from a stint at Mattel as senior director of product development.

Stan Lee Media (Encino, California, 818-461-1757): Stephen Brain comes on-board the company as executive VP of production from his position as head of Fox Animation Studio.

Tremendous! Entertainment (Minneapolis, Minnesota, 612-947-5287): Germaine Deagan comes on-board the prodco as director of sales and marketing and will oversee program distribution worldwide. Deagan was most recently VP of sales and marketing for the Network Group.

Toy Biz (New York, New York, 212-588-5100): John Bohach has been named VP of licensing at the company, a division of Marvel Enterprises. Bohach will be in charge of the acquisition of licensed properties across all media. He was most recently VP of marketing at the Huntington Learning Center.

Universal International Television (Universal City, California, 818-777-1300): Natalie Osborne has been named VP of children’s programming at Universal International Television where she will be responsible for distributing Universal’s kids and family programming, based out of the London office. Osborne leaves a position at Winstar TV & Video as director of sales.

USA Home Entertainment (New York, New York, 212-539-4078): Saul Melnick has been named VP of acquisitions and programming at the USA Films subsidiary. Melnick will be responsible for acquiring and producing kids home entertainment products. He was most recently president and founder of Objectives, a marketing consulting firm.
