This month, nearly 20,000 people will assemble in New Orleans for the 34th NATPE Conference & Exhibition

The Federal Communications Commission’s ruling forcing broadcasters to air at least three hours of educational children’s programming is bound to dominate conversation at this year’s NATPE. The new regulations have come at a time of declining numbers of children’s television viewers and of increased competition.
