The Cartoon Network has hooked up with the Days Inn hotel chain, Little Debbie and Nestlé in three promotional campaigns beginning this summer.
The Days Inn program, called ‘Toon Time Family Fun Rate,’ offers Days Inn Cartoon Network Play Paks and Crazy Racers featuring Hanna-Barbera characters.
The program, which is available throughout 1,700 Days Inns, is being supported by television, print, outdoor and on-line media.
Little Debbie is promoting Cartoon Network and some Hanna-Barbera characters such as Top Cat and Yogi Bear on nine brands, including Yo-Yo’s, Fudge Macaroo, Marshmallow Pies, Peanut Clusters and Star Crunch.
Nestlé Ice Cream Company is promoting Flintstones Push Up Treats with specially marked boxes that carry an in-pack promotion of collectible Cartoon Network tattoos. Each pack will include thematic cut-out versions of Cartoon Network characters and a ‘Toon In’ message from the network.
